This was established by the resolution signed by the Civil and Commercial judge of the town of Rafaela, Marcelo Gelcichwho declared the bankruptcy of the cooperative in April based on an order made by the same company.
According to the document released in the last few hours, the magistrate established that The sale will be carried out through a tender and that it is divided into of large groups: on the one hand, the 6 plants and facilities that SanCr owned at the time of bankruptcy (3 in Santa Fe and 3 in Córdoba) and its adjacent facilities, and, on the other, intangible assets, such as your brands and product lines.
In the first case, the factories were valued with a minimum price of US$27.4 million.
The most expensive is the plant Devotedwith a base value of US$ 7 million. As previously stated, the sale of the assets of the failed cooperative will be carried out through a public tender that will be divided into 7 lots: 6 for each of the plants and one for the firm’s brands.
At the end of May, Judge Gelcich held an information meeting with those interested in retaining SanCor or part of its assets at the Sunchales headquarters. There converged 6 representatives of business groups or companies that could bid for the bankrupt cooperative.
