STOCK EXCHANGE: A rainy day ended with a rise in the Helsinki Stock Exchange – Kreate’s share fell 11.5 percent

At the top of the exchange Nokian the share closed up 0.3 percent to 12.04 euros.

By far the biggest gainer in Helsinki was infrastructure construction on Wednesday by Kreate Group a stock that ended up 11.5 percent. Kreate said during the day that he had received the largest contract in the company’s history.

The company is responsible for the renovation of the Lundby tunnel in Gothenburg, Sweden. The value of the contract is approximately 320 million kroner, i.e. approximately 30 million euros. The project will be recorded in the company’s order book for the second quarter. Kreate issued a positive earnings warning on Tuesday.

The second riser was the owner of shopping centers Cityconwhose share closed up a cheerful 7.2 percent.

Chaim Katzmanin owned by G City announced earlier in the day that it would make a voluntary public cash purchase offer for all remaining shares of real estate investor Citycon. G City already owns approximately 86.5 percent of Citycon’s shares together with its subsidiary and Chaim Katzman’s own holdings.

The offer price is EUR 2.90 per share. The price includes a premium of about seven percent compared to the closing price of the previous trading day.

Today’s result alerts

Two companies on the Helsinki stock exchange warned about their results on Wednesday.

The first profit warning was a consulting company Solvers (-0.3%), which estimates that its performance in the first half of 2026 has been weaker than expected.

Solwers has previously communicated that it expects full-year ebita profitability to improve from the previous year. The company now estimates that the improvement in EBITA is uncertain.

In addition, the company estimates that it will not meet its current net debt/ebitda covenant condition on the test date, which is June 30. Since the covenant condition is not being fulfilled, Solwers does not give an outlook for the year 2026 for the time being.

Also an IT service company Networks (-4.0%) warned about its result and said it would lower its 2026 revenue and profitability guidance.

Netum estimates that turnover will clearly decrease from the previous year’s level. Last year, turnover was 37.8 million euros. The company’s comparable EBITA margin is expected to lag behind the previous year’s level, which was 5.5 percent.
