Investment company Kreos subscribed IQM’s shares

Investment company Creosine The Capital VII Aggregator fund has subscribed to 577,237 quantum computer companies IQM Quantum Computers share. With this, the total number of IQM shares will rise to 263,039,597.

According to IQM’s press release, Kreos subscribed with warrants that had been issued in accordance with the warrant agreement concluded in connection with the financing arrangement. There are no warrants left from that contract.

The total subscription was EUR 5,772.37, or EUR 0.01 per share.

Warrants give the holder the right to subscribe to the company’s shares at a pre-agreed price. Companies use warrants as part of obtaining financing.

If with warrants you can get a listed share at a cheaper price than by buying them on the market, warrants should be used.

IQM’s share is currently down 4.5 percent at 10.27 euros on the Helsinki stock exchange. The company was listed on the stock exchange at the beginning of July. IQM’s Depository Receipts are traded in the United States.
