Three other companies from the Signa Group filed at the Vienna Commercial Court on Thursday Bankruptcy proceedings applied for, reported the creditor protection association Creditreform. These are companies based around the “Postsparkasse” property at Georg-Coch-Platz 2 in Vienna’s first district, built according to plans by Otto Wagner. In detail these are Georg-Coch-Platz Management GmbH, GCP ZwiCo 2025 GmbH and Georg-Coch-Platz Inter GmbH & Co KG.
Georg-Coch-Platz Management is a subsidiary of Signa Prime Capital Invest, through which insolvency proceedings were opened in June of this year. Georg-Coch-Platz Management GmbH owns GCP ZwiCo 2025 GmbH. In addition, she is a partner with unlimited liability in Georg-Coch-Platz Inter GmbH & Co KG and the already insolvent Georg-Coch-Platz Immobilien GmbH & GmbH OG.
The cause of insolvency stated in the self-applications was that a share deal by Georg-Coch-Platz Immobilien GmbH & GmbH OG had failed. The assets and liabilities of the companies are currently unknown. They do not employ any employees.
