Red Bull employees received a bonus of 3,000 euros in October

According to a report by Salzburg news the approximately 2,000 Red Bull employees in Austria – including the subsidiaries (Red Bull Media House, etc.) – received a tax-free bonus of EUR 3,000 each in addition to their October salary. Part-time employees received an aliquot part.

In order to be able to compensate employees for inflation, the government is currently allowing a tax-free special payment to the workforce of up to 3,000 euros. A form of cost-of-living compensation that other companies can also use until the end of 2023.

Red Bull did not want to officially confirm the inflation premium to the SN. According to the report, the workforce was informed before Didi Mateschitz died.
