Born to French-American parents, her childhood was spent near Salt Lake City, Utah. Music has always been part of her world, as she confided to Le Parisien in December 2025: “I listened to Pentatonix with my father, I watched The Wizard of Oz… But in the car, we always played Jean-Jacques Goldman or Lara Fabian on the radio”.

“I love mixing genres”

At seven years old, she sang for the first time in her church choir, and immediately began taking lessons, developing a passion for lyrical singing and classical music… without ever giving up. “I love mixing genres and experimenting with music: classical, pop, lyrical singing… It produces a completely unique result. » she declared at the end of last year, admitting to admiring Céline Dion and the South Korean soprano Sumi Jo.

His time on “Prodiges”? She owes it to her aunt, who introduced her to television talent devoted to classical music, dance and lyrical singing. She will wait until she is sixteen before registering, a choice which will allow her to win the show. “I launched myself and, thanks to my victory, I was able to record my first album at Warner Music, I met my producers and managers…” she confided last December. Crowned with the success of a number one classical album and launched into a 35-date tour of cathedrals and churches, Monroe was finally selected to represent France at Eurovision.

The youngest in the competition will perform the song “Regarde!” », which she summarizes with Stéphane Bern on France 2: “The story of the song is a universal love, a love that a mother can have for her child, a love for nature, a love for ourselves. If we look at ourselves, we will see that love is all around us.” She will move this Saturday evening to 15th position at 10:20 p.m.
