“Anger and obsession”: the star’s request after being harassed in her home

Kim Kardashian claims that she still needs legal protection from Nicholas Costanza, who received a restraining order from her five years ago, after, among other things, he sent her a diamond ring and Postinor. Her lawyers have now submitted a request to the court to extend the order, claiming that his behavior has not changed – on the contrary: he is still immersed in delusions, as TMZ reports.

According to Kim, since the order was issued in July 2021 – when he arrived at her house several times – Costanza’s “delusional beliefs, anger and obsession” have not diminished, as over the years he has sent her many messages, contrary to the instructions of the court order.

Costanza published about 80 tweets addressed to her over the past few years, in which he called himself her “soulmate” and claimed that the two should start a family together. In another incident, which allegedly took place in September 2024, Costanza broke into a house – a property that he said he purchased together with Kim, and wrote to her on social media that she would arrive there accompanied by her family members.

According to the documents filed by the star’s lawyers, among Costanza’s disturbing posts on social networks it was written, among other things: “I’m not going to fuck your mother or your sisters, unless you give me permission, Kimberly Babe.” Two days after those alleged publications, he was arrested on suspicion of offenses that included threats and harassment, possession of methamphetamine and burglary.

Now, as reported overseas, the star is asking to extend the exclusion order for another five years, and to add her family members to it, in order to give them protection as well.
