A fatal car accident occurred this evening (Saturday) on Route 316 near the Nahal Yatir interchange, when three men in their 30s were killed in an accident between three vehicles. MDA teams that were called to the scene found the three without signs of life and had to pronounce them dead at the scene.
In addition, MDA medics and paramedics provided medical treatment to two other wounded people, about 30 years old, who were evacuated to Soroka Hospital in serious condition. One of them suffers from multi-system trauma, and the other with head trauma.
MDA volunteer doctor Dr. Ziad Abu Arar said: “This is a shocking and fatal accident, 3 vehicles collided with each other. When we arrived at the scene, we saw 3 men, in their 30s, unconscious and without signs of life as a result of the injury. 2 more injured, also in their 30s, were unconscious and in a serious condition and suffered head and limb injuries. We gave them medical treatment and we are referring them to the hospital for further treatment.’
