Omega-3 fatty acids

Foods rich in omega-3 include salmon, mackerel, tuna, herring, walnuts, flaxseeds and chia seeds.
Citrus fruits
Citrus fruits (oranges, grapefruits, lemons, grapefruits….) contain many vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Flavonoid compounds in this group of fruits are believed to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and may contribute to reducing the risk of certain types of cancer, including breast cancer.
