Prostitution ring uncovered in Milan: Investigators come across a long list of professional footballers from Serie A and other countries

At the center are four suspects who have been under house arrest since Monday. The four are accused of having organized a system through an event agency in which women – including professional escorts – were recruited for events and “particularly wealthy” customers were also referred for sexual services.

According to the public prosecutor’s office, assets worth more than 1.2 million euros were also seized. The investigations focus, among other things, on suspicion of promoting and exploiting prostitution and money laundering.

Witnesses are being heard

The authorities are currently evaluating confiscated phones and data storage devices and interviewing witnesses to clarify the scope and structure of the suspected network. It will also be investigated whether participants in the events used paid sexual services. According to media reports, laughing gas was also consumed at individual meetings.
