Courtois completes training with the group and aims for the Classic

Real Madrid’s Belgian goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois completed the Merengue team’s training with the group this Monday, so he aims to be available for the Clásico against FC Barcelona this Sunday (9:00 p.m.) at the Spotify Camp Nou.

After a month and a half away from the playing field due to a muscle injury to his right quadriceps that he suffered on March 17 in the second leg of the Champions League round of 16 against Manchester City, Courtois is closer to playing for Real Madrid again.

This Monday, at the start of the week after the Merengue team’s victory this Sunday in Cornellà (0-2), the Belgian goalkeeper, out in the last eight games, points to the Clásico at the Camp Nou this Sunday, a match that could decide the League title if the Blaugranas win.

As reported by the Madrid club, Dani Carvajal, Arda Güler, Éder Militao and Rodrygo Goes continued with their recovery processes, as well as Kylian Mbappé who has been the protagonist in recent days due to his trip while injured.
