The Knicks won the first two finals for the North American Basketball League championship in San Antonio. Two more successes would give them the title. US President Donald Trump has also decided to attend at least one of the next two games in New York. Final games for the NBA title will take place there for the first time in 27 years.

The tickets for this are expensive. According to the US news agency AP, the cheapest ticket on the secondary market cost 6,000 US dollars (5,200 euros) on Sunday, while a seat directly on the pitch cost no less than 75,000 US dollars (65,000 euros).

Trump commented on the fact that the tickets are too expensive for many fans, saying: “They can watch it on TV. It’s pretty much free. That’s how life works. If the team wasn’t a big success, it would be easier to go.”
