OM-PSG: Jonathan Clauss victim of a burglary in the middle of the clasico, his second in four months

The procedure is now well known. Burglars take advantage of matches where times are defined well in advance, to break into the homes of footballers who are inevitably absent. Jonathan Clauss has joined the long list of L1 players victims of burglaries. For the defender of OM and the French team, it is even the second time that he has suffered this major inconvenience. He had already been the victim of a first burglary last December. An episode that he had experienced very badly.

Injured during France-Chili at the Vélodrome, Clauss, who suffers from a torn ischio in his left thigh, was out of the clasico on Sunday evening against PSG. He attended the match in the stands alongside his partner. The couple had to leave the stadium in the middle of the match.

This Monday, his partner Pauline published a message on Instagram where we see her hugging her dog, a little Spitz. She confirmed the couple’s home was broken into during the encounter. “We had to urgently leave the match at half-time yesterday. Second burglary in 4 months. It’s really annoying and insecure. Fortunately we had taken the reflex to keep Praline (their dog) on game nights,” she wrote.
