DREO’s new TurboCool misting fans reduce indoor temperatures without generating humidity

DREAM has presented his new series of TurboCool fans which arrive with function of Misting compatible for indoor use thanks to the new TurboCool Ultra Mist technology, capable of significantly reducing the temperature without generating humidity, in addition to a new portable air conditioning.

Once the ultrasonic module goes into action, instead of projecting the fog directly, a Internal misting impeller propels particles through a dual-channel airflow design. Thus, air and fog travel through separate channels and prevent larger droplets from entering the air duct.

According to the technology, this configuration acts as “a natural filter”, given that intercepts the heaviest drops and only allows the finest mist to advance. Finally, at the outlet, the air duct design fragments the fog even more, becoming even finer drops.

Furthermore, DREO has indicated that, once they reach the exit, the refined particles are combined with high velocity air flow. This increases the speed of evaporation and cooling efficiency, without the need to create humidity in the room.

Therefore, although misting fans have been limited to outdoor use due to the humidity they generate, the new TurboCool Ultra Mist technology makes them suitable for indoorsminimizing humidity while maintaining “effective cooling performance”, as DREO vice president Joshua Gunn has stated.

DREO TURBOCOOL MISTING FAN 765S Y 516S

Precisely based on this technology, DREO has presented the new fan TurboCool Misting Fan 516Sdesigned to cool larger spaces, with capacity for reduce the temperature up to 6 ºC.

Specifically, this model offers a output of 800 ml/h of 17 micron ultrafine droplets, supported by the TurboWind airflowwhich reaches up to 10 m/s, accelerating evaporation and helping faster cooling.

Furthermore, the company has highlighted that, despite its power, it works silently, with a level of less than 20 dB, which avoids annoying noises from indoor fans.

For water use, the 765S has a 6 liter tankwhich translates into an autonomy of up to 24 hours continuous operation at the lowest level. Likewise, its modular design for the tank allows for simple and hygienic use.

For its part, the model TurboCool Misting Fan 516S It has the same TurboCool Ultra Mist technology but in a smaller format. In this case it reaches a level of 11 micron misting together with a directed airflow of up to 8m/s, allowing a temperature reduction of up to 3 ºC.

It must be taken into account that the water tank of the 516S is also reduced. It is from 1.3 liters and provides “a constant cooling output” while maintaining the compact size.
