A jump of up to 267% in the demand for AI skills even outside of high-tech

If we look broadly, we see that the unemployment percentages are low, and the site has more than 34% of jobs, so there is stability in these places”

She also noted that “we recognize that there are changes and that the worlds of AI are rising significantly and not just buzzwords. We really see the investment in technological worlds as well and certainly also in mid-tech and low-tech, such as the worlds of finance and human resources and teaching. We see an emphasis on the worlds of artificial intelligence and the intermediate worlds, for example in the job requirements and how candidates indicate this in their resumes.”

“We see astronomical numbers because we compare to periods when the demand for AI was low, so we see a significant increase,” she added. “I can say that when Dani speaks from a deep perspective, we see an increase in the roles of accountant and bookkeeping, financial manager and in the demand for control of artificial intelligence tools,” she shared.

Later, Ben Torah Shushan added: “We have been seeing rounds of layoffs in high-tech for a long time, quite a few of these candidates are required to make the professional adjustments such as training and learning such and such tools that are required for their positions.
