Representative of the Central Command of the Iranian Armed Forces Khatam al-Anbiya Ebrahim Zolfikari commented on statements by US President Donald Trump about the start of negotiations to end hostilities.
“A self-proclaimed world superpower should not call its defeat an agreement. Has your internal conflict reached the level where you are negotiating with yourself?” – he said.
“You will not see the results of your investments in the region, nor the return of old energy prices, until you understand: stability in the region is ensured by the power of our armed forces. We will never be able to come to an agreement with you. Never,” Zolficari said.
