The Russian Foreign Ministry threatens “systemic attacks on the Ukrainian military-industrial complex in Kyiv” and invites foreigners to flee

It should be noted that the Foreign Ministry’s appeal was published more than 24 hours after a massive strike by the Russian army on various districts of Kyiv, as a result of which residential buildings, schools, the Chernobyl museum, supermarkets and warehouses were damaged.

The Russian Foreign Ministry states that the Russian army is “beginning consistent systematic strikes against Ukrainian military-industrial complex enterprises in Kyiv, including specific locations for the design, production, programming and preparation for the use of UAVs.”

“Strikes will be carried out both at decision-making centers and command posts,” the Foreign Ministry said in a statement. “Due to the fact that the above-mentioned objects are dispersed throughout Kyiv, we warn foreign citizens, including personnel of diplomatic missions and representative offices of international organizations, of the need to leave the city as soon as possible, and residents of the Ukrainian capital not to approach military and administrative infrastructure.”
