Two people die and 18 others are injured in a Russian drone attack on Zaporizhzhia

The authorities of Zaporizhia reported this Monday the death of two people, as well as 18 others injured, after attacks by the Russian Army on the province, located in eastern Ukraine, and a large part occupied by Moscow.

The governor of Zaporizhzhia, Ivan Fedorov, has detailed that Russian drones have hit the center of the capital of the same name, one of the areas still under Ukrainian administration. Some projectiles have hit residential buildings and cars, and have destroyed commercial posts, he reported.

One of these attacks has fallen on the Khortitski district, where the majority of injuries have been recorded, including some minors, and these two deaths, as specified by Fedorov on his social networks.

This same Monday, other attacks were recorded in Sumi, where one person died as a result of them, and in Sloviansk, in the province of Donetsk, where nine people were injured after an attack with artillery fire.
