Controversy escalates in Italy: Entrepreneur (67) dies after a slap in the face

Bolzano (Italy) – The conflict between Manfred R. (67) and Markus D. (55) had apparently been simmering for a long time and they repeatedly clashed. The tragic incident occurred in the early evening of May 28th in front of a café at the Q8 gas station in the village of Kardaun (near Bolzano). R. was turned into a hospital delivered to Bolzano. Doctors fought for his life in the intensive care unit for 13 days. The 67-year-old has now died from his injuries.
