Donald Trump assures that ships loaded with oil are beginning to leave the Strait of Hormuz

The American president, Donald Trump stated this Monday that there are already ships, many of them loaded with oil, that are beginning to leave the Strait of Hormuz.

Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, whose country has acted as mediator, confirmed this Monday that Pakistan will preside over its ratification ceremony on Friday in Geneva (Switzerland).

Iran also stated today that the memorandum of understanding reached contemplates the release of blocked Iranian assets and the lifting of all sanctions against the Islamic Republic, while “guaranteeing” Tehran’s sovereignty over Hormuz.
