The Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked one of the most modern oil refineries in Russia in Nizhnekamsk

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said that on the night of July 8, “long-range sanctions” reached the Saratov region, Tatarstan and Bashkortostan, at a distance of 400, 1,400 and 1,500 kilometers from the Ukrainian border, respectively.

The head of state thanked the Unmanned Systems Service of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the Main Intelligence Directorate and other intelligence structures for their accuracy. “Russia must feel that there is a war going on,” he wrote on social networks.

According to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the Saratov and Nizhnekamsk oil refineries were attacked. According to preliminary data, the Nizhnekamsk oil refinery “TANECO” – one of the most modern enterprises in the fuel industry in Russia – was hit.

Gasoline and diesel fuel of ecological class Euro-5 are produced here – this fuel is necessary for foreign cars, as well as aviation kerosene, liquefied petroleum gases, oils and other petroleum products.
