The IRGC carried out new attacks on American targets in the Persian Gulf countries

On the morning of July 12, the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps launched a new series of missile and drone attacks on American military targets in the Persian Gulf countries.

In Bahrain, an explosion has been confirmed at the base where the headquarters of the US Navy’s Fifth Fleet is located. Data on the consequences and casualties have not yet been reported.

Iranian sources also reported attacks on Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, US facilities in Kuwait and several targets in Bahrain. There is no independent confirmation of the destruction of these objects at the time of publication.

The IRGC also said it hit the command post and hangars of a UAV at a US base in Jordan.

The AP reported that Iranian missiles and drones were aimed at targets in Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.

The IRGC said that logistics centers serving American ships, as well as refueling points for US ships and aircraft, were destroyed in the Omani port of Duqm. Omani authorities have not yet confirmed these claims, so the results of the strike remain unconfirmed.

Qatar’s Interior Ministry said three people, including a child, were injured by shrapnel after intercepting Iranian attacks.

The Iranian regime-affiliated Sabereen News published a list of targets it said were attacked in the latest exchange: Emir Hussein Base in Jordan, Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, Al-Shuaikh Port in Kuwait, the US Navy’s Fifth Fleet Headquarters and Al Jufair area in Bahrain, and the Port of Duqm in Oman and the US Army fuel depots located there.
