The Jordanian news agency Petra reported that on July 23, the kingdom’s air defenses intercepted four missiles and six unmanned aerial vehicles fired from Iran.
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said the strikes were targeting US military bases in Jordan, which are legitimate military targets because they are being used to strike Iran.
“We respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Jordan, but the US military bases are occupied Jordanian territory. “It is our legal and religious right to attack the aggressor against our country, the killer of our children,” the IRGC asserts.
