A Hungarian woman was caught at the dance with luxury goods worth almost 14 thousand euros

Customs officers at Franjo Tudstrokman Airport prevented an attempt to illegally import luxury goods worth almost 14,000 euros. The Hungarian citizen, who arrived in Zagreb on a flight from Istanbul on July 28, passed through the green passage at the customs control, and made it known that she had no goods that needed to be declared.

However, upon inspection of her luggage, customs officers discovered undeclared luxury clothing items and a women’s leather bag. The value of the seized goods was determined on the basis of the found invoice and amounts to 13,733 euros.

Due to a customs violation, the passenger was issued a misdemeanor order and was fined 3,600 euros. In addition, she was charged an import customs debt in the amount of 4236.37 euros at the scene of the incident.
