Daniel Ioannisyan, head of the “Union of Conscious Citizens” NGO, submitted a report to the prosecutor’s office on the incident of Avet Konjoryan publicly uttering sexual insults from the car.

At the end of July, it became known that Hayk Konjoryan’s brother, the ruling “Civil Pact” member of the National Assembly, was beaten.

The incident took place on the night of July 23. The Investigative Committee informs that a criminal proceeding has been initiated “with the characteristics of physical aggression and hooliganism by a group of persons”.

According to the family members of Nairi Hakobyan, one of the accused for the beating, in the period before the beating, Konjoryan repeatedly approached their house by car and uttered sexual curses, and videos testifying to this were also distributed.

“Every God’s Day, he regularly came under my window in a state of inebriation, cursing with his last words,” Hakobyan’s wife specifically said.
