Hitler’s book Mein Kampf in Arabic goes on sale in London

Copies of Adolf Hitler’s Mein Kampf in Arabic (Aafaq Publishing House) were found on sale at the new Aafaq bookshop, which opened in London. This drew sharp criticism from UK Jewish organizations and local politicians.

The books were spotted and photographed by City Councilman Elliot Keck. The store said it had only three copies in stock, which were kept on the back shelves next to historical literature, and rejected accusations that it supported Nazi ideology or anti-Semitism.

In turn, Keck and representatives of the Jewish communities said that the book was on one of the main display tables and demanded its immediate withdrawal from sale.

The publishing house and store are owned by Nasser Al Shammari from Kuwait.
