A court in The Hague ruled that MH17 was shot down by a Buk missile launched from Pervomaisky

The Hague court ruled that the Malaysian airliner MH17 was shot down by a Buk missile launched from the village of Pervomaiskoye.

This territory was under the control of the DPR militants. The court considered the version of the prosecution proven and will soon announce the verdict.

In the Netherlands, the verdict is announced in the case of the MH17 passenger airliner shot down over Ukraine in July 2014. 298 people died in the crash.

The defendants – Igor Girkin (Strelkov), Sergey Dubinsky (Khmury), Oleg Pulatov (Gyurza) and Leonid Kharchenko (Krot) – are accused of killing 298 people and crashing an airliner. The defendants do not take part in the hearings. Pulatov is the only one who declared his innocence through a lawyer.
