The correspondent of APA agency working in Shushi reports that on March 23, 31 vehicles of Russian peacekeeping troops passed through Lachin corridor. Three trucks moved unhindered from Stepanakert in the direction of Lachin.
A group of Azerbaijanis blocked the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia and the outside world since December 12. They only allow the transfer of Russian peacekeepers’ vehicles, and also, if necessary, allow Red Cross vehicles to transport patients from Artsakh to Armenian hospitals.
Lachin Corridor has been closed for 102 days.
