Russia will reserve the right to mirror actions if cluster munitions are used against us. Putin

Russia has not yet needed to use cluster munitions, but “if they are used against us, we reserve the right to mirror actions,” Russian President Vladimir Putin said.

“Until now, we have not done it, we have not used it and we have not had such a need, despite the known deficit for a certain period, we also have ammunition, but we have not done it. But, of course, if they are used against us, we reserve the right to take mirror actions,” Putin said.

President Joe Biden recently announced the decision to provide such ammunition to Ukraine.

Douglas Sims, the head of operations of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the US Armed Forces, said that Ukraine has already received cluster munitions, and that some of the cluster bombs were allocated by the US and the other by the allies.
