The most senior US military officer: “Israel did not get everything it asked from Washington”

Charles Brown, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said on March 28 that Israel had not received everything it asked for in military assistance from Washington.

“Even though we are providing assistance to Israel, they have not received everything they have asked for,” the US military’s most senior military officer and the president’s top military adviser said during a meeting with war correspondents.

“Part of the reason is that they were asking for something that we either don’t have the capacity to provide or don’t want to provide right now,” Reuters quoted Charles Brown as saying.
