1. FC Köln missed an important victory in the relegation battle of the Bundesliga. On Easter Sunday, the Rhinelanders couldn’t get past a 1-1 (1-1) draw at FC Augsburg and therefore remain second to last in the table.
Arne Maier (18th minute) initially gave the hosts the lead in front of 30,660 spectators, Davie Selke (33rd) equalized before the break. This also ended Augsburg’s winning streak after winning four games.
