The passenger terminal of the Euro-Airport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg airport, on French territory but on the border with Switzerland and Germany, was evacuated on Wednesday evening. This is reported by the airport operator.

The terminal was closed. The evacuation order was given around 7:15 p.m., an airport spokeswoman said, without further information. The airport has been evacuated four times since the beginning of this year. According to the French authorities, these were each time false bomb threats.
