Being flight attendants is not always easy. You have to deal with dissatisfied passengers many times, answer various problems, repeat yourself quite a bit and in the end get the feeling from the environment of a flying waiter, instead of someone who is responsible for the safety of the flight and the passengers. So, it’s no surprise that two flight attendants on an American Airlines domestic flight broke the routine a bit perfectly.In the video posted on the Instagram group Passenger Shaming, you can see that the two flight attendants, who are about to greet the passengers at the end of the flight, say to everyone who leaves “I love you”, instead of the generic sentences of “Thank you for flying with us”, “We will be happy to see you on our next flight” and more.
It is not clear how the airline received this gesture and whether it led to any reaction towards those flight attendants, but judging by the surfers’ reactions, it seems that everyone really liked the new greeting and quite a few stated that if they were on the flight they would have replied to the flight attendants “I love you too”.
Recently two flight attendants of British Airways recorded themselves imitating the accent of a Chinese family flying with them. The video posted on social media caused an uproar, especially among the flight attendants’ colleagues, and the airline quickly fired both of them.
