Dubai Airports said that a team of ground staff and volunteers delivered around the clock over the past few days more than 73,000 packages of snacks and water, to provide some relief to travelers.
Dubai Airports stated in a post on its account on the “X” platform that the unprecedented climate event that the United Arab Emirates recently witnessed and the operational disturbances it caused at Dubai Airport posed a major challenge for everyone, but it was more of a challenge for its guests who had to spend much more time than usual. Expect them in the departure and arrival halls.
Dubai Airports thanked travelers for their patience and understanding as its operations recovered, stressing that the well-being of travelers remains the first priority.
