Emirates Airlines called on passengers traveling from Dubai International Airport on April 16 and 17 to allow additional time to reach the airport due to possible delays on the roads due to weather conditions.
The carrier said in a note to its passengers: “Due to the severe weather conditions expected in Dubai on April 16 and 17, we would like to inform Emirates customers heading to Dubai International Airport that they may face delays on the way. Customers are advised to plan additional travel time to reach the airport and complete check-in procedures before arrival.”
The carrier indicated the need to update the contact numbers for passengers within the reservation department to receive flight updates and notifications.
