Huhtamäki priced the 300 million euro bond

Packaging manufacturer Huhtamäki has today priced a 300 million euro senior unsecured bond to be issued as part of its bond program.

The bond has a 6-year term, maturing on May 19, 2032. The bond has an annual interest rate of 3.875 percent.

Acting as the main organizers of the issue Nordea, Citigroup, Danske Bank and Standard Chartered Bank.

Bonds were allocated to approximately 80 investors. Huhtamäki will submit an application for the bonds to be listed on the official list of Euronext Dublin and for trading.

Huhtamäki will use the net proceeds from the issuance of the Bonds for the partial refinancing of existing debts, including the repurchase offer of Huhtamäki’s previous bond, as well as for the group’s general financing needs. . The earlier bond matures on June 9, 2027.
