Techcombank accompanies every customer’s daily spending

Customers can accumulate U-Points from many daily financial activities such as bill payment, bank transfer, card spending, international money transfer or using products on the Techcombank ecosystem, including Techcombank Mobile and OneU. This helps accumulate reward points in parallel with daily transaction needs without requiring changes in spending habits.

Each U-Point is equivalent to one dong and can be used to make QR payments at stores, exchange shopping and dining vouchers, book Green SM cars or redeem Vietnam Airlines miles. Currently, Techcombank OneU connects more than 200 partners, 500 brands and more than 9,000 acceptance points nationwide, in all fields from shopping, cuisine, travel or entertainment.

In addition, Techcombank Automatic Profit users can also convert profits from idle cash flow to U-Point to increase the value received. Previously, in the unique customer loyalty program The Inner – Along with Masterise Homes, Techcombank awarded nearly 45 billion U-Points to nearly 11,000 members, with a maximum reward of 25 million U-Points per customer.

Ms. Lan Phuong, a Techcombank customer in Hanoi, said she accumulated about 1.8 million U-Points in just one month and used these points to exchange for meal vouchers for her family.
