NASA will buy images from Israeli satellites

The American Aerospace Agency (NASA) has signed an agreement with the Israeli company ImageSat International (ISI) for the supply of satellite images from the EROS and RUNNER satellite constellation.

In total, NASA selected 14 suppliers, with whom the contract was signed for 2.5 years. The total value of the contracts is $476 million.

Suppliers will provide satellite data to NASA to expand the data available to researchers and government agencies.

ImageSat operates several satellites manufactured by the Israeli Aviation Industry and sells satellite imagery, intelligence analysis and sometimes the satellites themselves to customers.
