GRK Infra changes its profit guidance | Trade magazine

GRK Infra announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Keski-Suomen Betonirakenne Oy. Due to the execution of the transaction, the company publishes the profit guidance for the combined entity for the year 2026.

GRK’s new profit guidelines for 2026

GRK estimates that its turnover in 2026 will be 820 – 1,020 million euros. The previous estimate was 720–870 million euros. In 2025, the turnover was 872.3 million euros.

The company estimates that the adjusted operating profit will be 70–95 million euros in 2026. The previous estimate was 45–60 million euros. In 2025, the operating profit was 58.2 million euros.

The profit guidance is based on a strong order backlog, the accumulation of new contracts during 2026 and an estimate of the revenue of the existing order backlog, the progress of projects in the development phase, and the continuation of the turnover and operating profit growth of the Keski-Suomen Betonirakenne Group, supported by the strong order backlog for 2026.

Change to the definition of adjusted operating profit

GRK changes the definition of adjusted operating profit so that amortization of intangible assets based on acquisition cost allocation related to business acquisitions in accordance with IFRS 3 will be excluded from adjusted operating profit in the future.

Previously, these depreciations were included in adjusted operating profit. Such depreciation was approximately EUR 0.3 million in the 2025 fiscal year and approximately EUR 0.3 million in the first half of the 2026 fiscal year.
