Tikkun Olam closes two marijuana farms

One of the pioneers in the medical marijuana market, Tikkun Olam, has announced a rehabilitation program to reduce losses incurred in the past two years.

Specifically, the company will close two cannabis farms in Kfar Yehoshua and Neot HaKikar and lay off 35 employees who worked on these farms.

The chairman of the board of directors of the company, the former commander of the IDF Air Force, Eitan Ben-Eliyahu, announced that he was waiving his salary from this month until further notice (about half a million shekels a year).
