Sinner nervous at Wimbledon 2026, gets angry with crowd (for a double fault)

Jannik Sinner gets angry with the audience at Wimbledon 2026. Today, Friday 3 July the Italian tennis player challenged the American Jenson Brooksby in the third round of the London Slam, in a match characterized by an unusual moment of nervousness. It all happens in the first game of the third set.

Sinner goes ahead with the first, but suffers the aggressive response of Brooksby, who recovers and brings the game to the advantage. The blue falls into a double fault, thus offering a break point to his opponent and turns to look at the stands.

Someone in the audience disturbed him between one service and another, thus triggering Sinner’s angry look.
