In front of 1,000 spectators in the sold-out arena in Friedrichshafen, both teams fought a dramatic five-set thriller. Both teams experienced numerous ups and downs during the duel. In the first and third sets, it was ultimately only small things that decided against the Berliners. Middle blocker Nehemiah Mote was outstanding for the guests and had many spectacular scenes in both attack and defense. The fourth round in particular brought drama.
