“Grand Theft Auto VI”: returns to the six-star police chase system

Among the revelationsGrand Theft Auto VI” is the return of an old companion to the saga: the six-star police pursuit system.

A decision that has been reversed in “Grand Theft Auto VI”, at least according to the extended trailer published on August 27 on Netflix and YouTube that shows a police chase in which, although the legendary six stars are not reached, you can see that its outline is ready to be activated.

It remains in doubt what the six stars will imply in the new installment of the famous saga, due out on November 19, but at least we know that developers Rockstar Games have gone to great lengths to make the lives of their players more difficult when they commit crimes, including a system through which they can have more exact descriptions of the character you are playing with, including clothing, hairstyles and even an exact photo of your appearance.

“We have this tracking system,” Rockstar North studio co-head Rob Nelson explained to IGN. “[La policía] He knows what I look like and what I’m wearing. [Si encuentro] a pair of glasses, I put them on and I put on this baseball cap. But they still know what clothes I’m wearing, so I’d have to go to a clothing store or call my personal car, which has spare clothes in the trunk.”

Under this system, a change in hairstyle or clothing will modify your appearance a little, but if you maintain any characteristic that is already known to them, it could cause problems for you to evade law enforcement.
