Samsung Israel today (Wednesday) officially announced the launch of Virtual Brand Shop, a new virtual store. The store offers customers a 360-degree shopping experience, and is available in Hebrew.
As mentioned, the store allows access to a variety of the company’s products, from smartphones to various accessories, interactively from a computer (stationary or mobile), from a smartphone or tablet. For example, you can “walk” in the store, and get information about the various products, via text or video.
In addition, Samsung Israel launched for the first time a new service on the site via video chat in sign language. On the occasion of the opening of the virtual store, customers who purchase the Galaxy S21 FE will receive a 25W wall charger and a transparent cover as a gift.
