UAE intercepts eleven missiles and 27 drones of Iranian origin

The authorities of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) announced this Monday the interception of eleven ballistic missiles and 27 drones of Iranian origin, bringing the number of attacks launched by the Islamic Republic to more than 2,380 since the start of the war.

“Since the start of the blatant Iranian aggression, the UAE’s anti-aircraft defenses have intercepted 425 ballistic missiles, 15 cruise missiles and 1,941 unmanned aerial vehicles,” confirmed the UAE Ministry of Defense.

The Emirates has become the main target of Iran’s regional retaliation after the attack launched by the United States and Israel on February 28.

In the incidents due to Iranian attacks on Emirati territory, eight people have died, including two members of the Emirati Armed Forces, and at least 178 people have been injured, according to the latest report from Abu Dhabi.
