The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) used a Chinese-made satellite to coordinate precision attacks against American air bases in the Middle East and civilian infrastructure. This was revealed by an investigation by the Financial Times, underlining that the Pasdaran has made an important step forward in its regional attack capabilities, secretly using a Beijing spy satellite to orchestrate attacks against US military installations in the ongoing conflict.
The satellite, identified as TEE-01B, would be transferred to the IRGC Aerospace Force through a sophisticated “in-orbit delivery” scheme following its launch in late 2024 from Chinese soil.
