Bačić awarded contracts in Zadar: They will build 130 apartments for young people

Minister Bačić he referred to the importance of the affordable housing program, which the Government of the Republic of Croatia sees as one of its priorities. “We want to enable young families to get their own home under acceptable conditions. This is a complex project, but I am confident in its realization,” he pointed out.

He added that the adoption of a regulation on the urban planning project at the level of the Government will follow, which will enable the rapid preparation of the necessary documentation and the realization of the project at the Novi Bokanjac location in Zadar.

Through the Program of Socially Encouraged Housing, APN has built a total of 652 apartments in Zadar County, and in the Municipality of Sveti Filip i Jakov, the issuance of a building permit for the construction of two buildings with 12 apartments for the housing needs of victims of the Homeland War is in progress.

He reminded that APN has built 9,156 apartments in 297 buildings and 83 local self-government units throughout Croatia. Currently, 443 residential units worth 62.8 million euros are under construction through the POS program: in Trogir, Novalja, Osijek, Karlovac, Kumrovac, Omišlja, Kostrena, Pula and Vrsar, and soon the foundation stone will be laid for buildings in Vrlika and Virovitica.

Arrangement of the parking lot in Ravnice

The second contract refers to the lease of a part of the state real estate for the needs of arranging the parking lot in Ravnice between the Ministry and the City of Zadar.

“The arrangement of the Ravnica area, where there will be 370 parking spaces, is one of the most important and attractive spatial resources of our city, located right at the entrance to the historic core, said the mayor Erli, adding that the settlement of Ravnica is an extremely important project for the functioning of the city, especially in the tourist area. the season.

“The area of ​​Ravnica represents a contact zone between the historic core and the new Zadar and cries out for improvement. It is high time that this area be brought to its purpose,” said Minister Bačić

He added that the contract signed with the city company Obala i lučica on a five-year lease is only the first step towards a comprehensive urban planning solution. “In that period, the city will adopt a plan for the arrangement of the Gate of Zadar project while respecting the conservation conditions due to the proximity of the UNESCO heritage,” said Bačić.

Before visiting Zadar, Minister Bačić signed a contract on the gift of real estate for the needs of affordable housing with the head of the Municipality of Ra&zcaronac, Damir Jordan.

“In Ra&zcaronac, we signed a contract in which we donated 22,000 square meters for the construction of a residential zone according to the youth housing program. The value of the land is more than 1.4 million euros,” he said. The municipality of Ražcaronac will solve the communal equipment of the residential area, after which it will sell construction plots for the construction of houses to the locals on very favorable terms.
