The Lebanese Army announced the shelling of its units by the IDF in one of the “pilot zones”

The Lebanese Army said that IDF soldiers opened fire on its units deployed in the village of Zoutar al-Gharbiya, which is part of the “pilot zones.” This was reported on Tuesday, July 21, by the Kan news service.

The Lebanese Army statement stressed that the deployment of troops will continue despite the shelling. Beirut claims that the purpose of Israel’s actions is to “disrupt the Lebanese Army’s mission to deploy to pilot areas.”
