“Allah sent me to kill women”: knife attack in the north of Paris

In the Porte de Clichy area in northern Paris, a man attacked a group of women, stabbing three of them. The condition of two of the victims is serious, said French Interior Minister Laurent Nunez.

He said that the attacker, armed with two knives, was detained by an off-duty police officer. Police say the third victim is in critical condition. Perhaps she is pregnant.

The detainee is 31 years old and is believed to be suffering from a mental disorder. There is no official information yet about his motives, however, according to the publication Le Parisien, he shouted that Allah had sent him to kill women.
