Kadyrov accused Colonel General Lapin of retreating from Liman

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, said that the commander of the Central Military District, Colonel-General Alexander Lapin, is responsible for the retreat of Russian troops from Liman. Such, according to Kadyrov, is the “bitter and insulting truth” that he “voiced” in his telegram channel.

“If I had my way, I would demote Lapin to a private, deprive him of his awards, and with a machine gun in his hands, send him to the front line to wash away his shame with blood,” Kadyrov argues, asking: “Yesterday there was a parade in Izyum, today the flag is in Liman, and tomorrow what ?”.

According to Kadyrov, “it is necessary to take more drastic measures, up to the declaration of martial law in the border areas and the use of low-yield nuclear weapons.”
